And the nightshades are ramping up! The tomatoes are amazingly good. Looking forward to more next week, too.

The mesh feeder seemed like it'd be useful for things like, say, broccoli, to get them used to the flavor without having to steam 'em to death.

I looked at mesh feeders, but the reviews on Amazon said they were impossible to clean so we skipped it. We do a lot of fruits and vegetables in big pieces she can chew on, small foods (peas, blueberries, black beans, etc.) and foods on a spoon (yogurt, hummus, guacamole, etc.). She loves the spoon - we load it up with a little food, and then put it where she can grab it and she picks it up and puts it in her mouth.
