it's a form of yoga. There's Hatha, Iyengar, Bikram, Power hot, etc. I mostly take Power Hot, Bikram, and a smattering of Vinyasa. They offer one Hatha/Iyengar class I think but I don't know what the hell it is. I'll show you the bikram v. vinyasa stuff sometime. Different styles.
