So far this plan is working wonderfully. I don't do yoga everyday, but I do walk briskly for 20 minutes every lunch and walk up and down the stairs twice. One day my goal is to be able to do the whole 15 flights without stopping

That's what I am hoping for! I want some kick-ass hiking legs! LOL. Basically right now, I tackle it in five flight bursts. I AM huffing and puffing, but it's fun because I bring my iPod, get it done during boring work time, and it gives me a nice little endorphin rush to make the day a little happier.
