The TV was on, booze was out and Dick already had a good buzz going. Yep, it was New Year's alright. And what was even better, Tila Tequlia had her own New Year's special this year. She was way better than that old Dick Clark guy. And she was more fun to look at too.

Veronica wandered in and headed straight for the bar to pour herself a glass of wine. She had agreed to stick around, but things were far from comfortable still.

"Where's Ryan Seacrest?" she asked, looking at the TV.

"Who wants to see that douchebag?" Dick asked. He pointed at the TV. "Tila's on. That's all that matters."
