So happy you wrote Shelter fic!!!

I love this. Because while the movie ends on a positive, hopeful note (and I love it for that), you know it can't just be smooth sailing from there on out and this is exactly one of the situations that, in my mind, are bound to come up. And it's a little heartbreaking but at the same time they've got each other and Shaun, helping out but also giving them the space and time they need ♥

I'm really really glad you liked it. Yes, I love the ending of the film but I couldn't help thinking about how little Cody is, and how much he might want his mum, no matter how great Zach is.

I think they'll be fine, but it'll take a while. ♥
