*Winona is waiting outside the saloon, dressed in a black dress; her shoulders are covered bya shawl that protects her from the wind and blown-up sand. She feels guilty Jane is spending the evening with her, but conversely is grateful to have a friend at this difficult time.*

*Jane waved happily and hurried over to her, cutsying some and grinned to Winona. She was a good woman, someone Jane trusted as a friend. Though they didn't know eachother very well. Prehaps this would be a good time to get to know her.*

No not recently, save for Mr. Applegate and Mr. Winterbrook. Most seem to be behaving. I think the storm gave them a scare for a while. How about you? Anyone giving you trouble?

*Jane glanced at the form outside the postoffice as they passed. She seemed to stare at it a bit longer then to the other flyers and smiled.*

Sorry I was just thinking it's interesting that someone as famous as Mr. Holden would want to open a shop in our town.

*Johannes is heading home for the night after having dinner at the house of one of his students. He spots both ladies on their way to the show and waves at them.*

Good evening ladies, fine night tonight.
