Dvorak is frustration love

well i am now using a dvorak keyboard...

it is painful learning to type again. so entries and comments may be small for a week or so.

because in theory they are more efficent... then i will black out the keys and feel good that i have a pc few can even use...

*sigh* The keyboard I'm getting for my phone doesn't support dvorak so I may have to configure it myself using the SDK.

Oh and it only takes a day or two to learn the dvorak layout. However it took me a couple of months to get my typing up to a speed that no longer felt painful.

I'm still not an expert dvorak touch typist because I cheat a bit by having a keyboard that has the keys arranged in dvorak.

yeah this is what i have but i am blacking out 4 letters a week.

Maybe you could get one of these. Though they look suspiciously like the old IBM Keyboards, such as the one I bought from parakleta for $2.
