My first HIMYM fan fiction, and my first time posting fic on LJ, so be nice, please. I was looking for an AU of Zip, Zip, Zip and couldn't find one I liked, so I decided to write one. Much as I like the fact that Barney is growing as a human being these days, I can't resist playing around with Season 1 Barney, seeing what's under the surface.

I haven't really used this account since I used it to write angsty diary entries in high school (which are all private now, so don't get any ideas), but I'm bringing it out of retirement now to have a place to post my fics/comment on other people's stuff.
