Just got the following email from one of my students:

I just want you to know that at the beginning of this semester, I was not looking forward to this class. Dreading it would be a great word to describe what I was feeling for this class. That really is an amazing set of compliments. (It's also a sign of rare maturity that a student will tell a teacher what a difference they made.) An awesome e-mail that highlights an awesome job done. Congratulations!
