I knew I would like Dexter, but I never got around to watching it. So now I am. Watching Season 1 of Dexter on Netflix....

OMG I love Dexter. I started watching it thanks to Netflix and it's so good. Season 4 is the best season with the best killer.

That's what I hear - I already know a bit of the plotline (and I love John Lithgow!), so I know it will rock.

I loved John Lithgow too until I saw his naked wrinkly butt. And until I saw him murder a bunch of people. But mostly it was the naked wrinkly butt. That will probably be burned into my memory forever.

Me too. I was annoyed to find out from an Idol entry that John Lithgow was in it so I really don't want to find out anything else. I don't know when we'll get season 4 here - it's only because of Sky I've been able to watch 2&3.

Have you read the books? It's very interesting to see how they used the first book as inspiration for the first season but they were faithful to the spirit rather than the plot. I'd really recommend them, especially the second which again you can see in season 2 but is quite different.

love love LOVE Dexter! So much quality writing goes into a season I never feel like it's "only 13 episodes long." Season 2 is my favorite, followed closely by season 4. Curious what you think when you make it through the series!

I just want to chime in and agree that Dexter rocks my socks. I haven't seen Season 4 yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

And yes, OMG Julie Benz lurve.
