I am lazy, gimme a synopsis?

Forty years ago, a bio-engineered virus wiped out a third of the human population. To help mankind, mythical creatures came out of hiding to help stop the virus. So now, in the present, it's a sort of Harry Potter type world, except humans are well aware of witches and vampires and such. They just tend to stay away from them. Supernatural creatures mainly live in ghettos and have their own police force.

Rachel Morgan works for the ISS, the Supernatural police, hunting down outlaws and bringing them to justice. But her life is about to change forever.

That was, like, the first 20 pages of the first book. A synopsis? Hmm. Not sure that's possible. The gist? A witch lives in a church with a living vampire and a family of pixies and goes up against mysterious corporate lawbreakers, vampire mob bosses, cops, and demons whilst trying to keep her soul relatively clean.
