In general, the user will then get told to bug his/her ISP to fix their DNS (and possibly to scan their computer for spyware, though that's less of an issue here given that they're using Mac FireFox).
I had a look on the web for similar occurrences, and found a similar report for another blogging domain.

Which is, if you don't have a clue what the problem is, leave it for someone else, but it's good to check back on it when it yellows so you can learn what it most likely was. If you have an idea, feel free to put in a screened response. The worst that will happen is it doesn't get approved. If you have some notions but not enough for a response and it seems to be an unusual request, you can leave an internal comment with the info, to help others build from what you know to help find the solution.
