Ah evil yet true. I'll probably have to take off quickly once to concert ends to grab the last train home!

Ooooh really? Excellent! I haven't heard of them before, but it's always awesome when there's a good support band!

It's just one woman. She's in his Illinois cheer team so not surprising she's opening with her material also.

Ah and they talk about my love Tori ♥ well, not in the nicest of ways concerning her current self, but to be fair I can see where they're coming from. And I have pics from that photo shoot they're talking about that I love haha.

Is this new self really that bad? My friend thought her recent concert was a spiritual awakening. I don't think she has taken her Tori shirt off yet.

See, I only got turned off because I saw the posters for her tour and she had a Bible and there was blood and it was suggesting that she has issues with the Bible, which is such a new concept...

No, no at all. Not the new album at least! I didn't like her album before this one as much (The Beekeeper), but American Doll Posse is brilliant. And the concert was even better. I also bought a shirt ^_^

However some of my friends are fans and they're not into the new stuff. I can just understand that there definitely is a difference and some people wouldn't be that into it. Doll Posse, though, is a lot closer sound-wise to her older stuff in my opinion though.

Hmmm yeah Tori comes from a religious background I think, like her father is a reverand. Bible issues are certainly there in a couple of her songs.

She's a pretty smart lady. I like what has come out of her mouth thus far.

The same thing happened with Ani, although it was at an earlier stage when she got married to a guy and all her lesbian fans got fundamental and started bitching about her singing about "love and shit", especially towards a male.

I think change is good. As long as she still maintains the sound that drew you to her in the first place. I would be surprised to find any fan who loves all her work. I don't trust fans like that. Maybe because there are a few Ani records that I just don't like listening to as much as I should/ought to.

Uhuh!

Pffft lesbian fans, you'd think fans would be happy for her. Same goes with Tori - a lot of people think that since she has become a mum her songs just don't have enough anger anymore. When Tori's brother died I read from some people in forums 'oh I hope this means we get an angsty song from her!'. It was pretty sad really.

Yeah I love how Tori changes her albums up each time, even if she stuck with the same sound from my favourite album for EVERYTHING I think it'd get boring after a while. There's always going to be an album or two that didn't click with you but overall change is a good thing.

I'm listenign to Ani now actually ^_^ I think Little Plastic Castle has to be my favourite album of hers.

He's beautiful. I have fallen in love with his music at such a rapid rate. Now I have to somehow get my hands on his records.
