Signed and emailed - like 2 places.

What the fuck is wrong with people?!? These so-called "artists" and "art connoisseurs"...what the fuck is wrong with them?! Watching a helpless animal held against its will slowly starve to death and die is NOT art! It is not an exhibit! It is not a performance! It is cruel and sadistic and heartless. I hope everyone in attendance at this "art exhibit" starves to death, but most certainly this Guillermo Habacuc Vargas asshole. Jeezus, this shit makes me so fucking mad!

Thank you for signing Jenny.

Hopefully something is done about this guy. It would be nice to see his art banned somehow and him being brought to justice.

Thanks for signing Marilyn.

I emailed PETA all the info I could about it, including the links. Hopefully they can get involved somehow and prevent this guy from ever showing his "art" again.

I'm ashamed this went on in my home country and by a fellow Nicaraguan artist. :I This 'performance art' craze has me wondering what happened to things like the renaissance and artistic expressions that were beautiful and inspiring.
More and more people are pushing the shock factor, the disgust, cruelty and downright maliciousness and calling it art- daring people to think otherwise.

What happened to our beauty and inspiration?

I can understand feeling strongly about a certain issue, and doing something shocking to grad the viewers attention so they understand how you feel. But this man was not trying to convey anything, and it took no talent, just cruelty. He could have made a "dog" out of some materials, sculpted one. There was no need for this.

Nice icon btw. :)
