Saw last week's Sons of Anarchy, forgot to post about it.

...Not that it matters much, since nobody around here seems to watch that show.  (Don't know why.  It's quite good.  And has hot guys, besides.)

Anyway.  I am seriously starting to ship Jax and Hale - the deputy police chief - I think.  And it's not just that authority figure/outlaw is my [not-so-]secret kink.  They're also both pretty... and boy

yeah, there's a serious dearth of SoA slash of any kind. the only i've been able to find, aside from some clay/tig fanart on y!Gallery, has been a jax/sam winchester crossover fic.

i don't normally dig crossovers much... but i do like both characters, and i could have enjoyed that, maybe. except i skimmed, and... i dunno, it had jax go gay too easily, which didn't feel in-character to me, so i stopped reading. :\

er, sorry. tangent. but, yeah... we need more slash in this fandom. actually, we need more fandom in this fandom. i think the problem is, the fanbase is just too tiny. there are probably plenty of people who watch the show, and who are slashers -- but none of them are interested enough in SoA to actually come together and do something.

i mean, i've found a total of maybe two sons of anarchy comms here on LJ. and it's pretty much all het and/or mary sue. *sigh*

i think what would be a really great idea actually, is if someone started a community like soa_slash (or "sam_crow_slash" or something), and actually went around

Forgive me for butting in. Came across this post after doing an LJ wide search for Sons of Anarchy slash. I don't know if you're aware but someone actually did finally create a SOA slash community. soa_slash Not much to it yet, but at least there is now somewhere for it. :D

Hi, hope you don't mind me posting, but I just found your page after searching on google for SOA slash. As you already know, it's non-existant!! I only recently sort of got into the whole notion of slash within the past year, but I'm a huge fan of SOA and I think there definitly needs to be a slash community for the show. I've written some stuff, and I wouldn't mind trying a few for SOA. I'm totally in if someone starts up a comm. I'd do it myself, but I have no idea how. Anyways, just thought I'd throw that out there. If I ever figure out how to post stuff on my comm again, I'll do a fic and see how it turns out.
