I just opened my word of the day email, and todays word was cum, which I didn';t know had an alternate meaning. I should try to use it in a sentance today so I don't forget it, like 80% of the other words of the day, but I suppose it's slightly more difficult to forget. Sentance: In 4th grade, I ate lunch in the cafeteria-cum-auditorium

i was doing it for your own good. if i'd stopped to suggest that you cross, by the time you'd have decided to cross, the window of opportunity would have been closed. i chose to be proactive and make the most of the situation.
