You could make all of your posts "Friends Only" so that only those on your friends list can read or comment.
You could also change your options to not allow anonymous posting while still letting anyone read your posts.
Yet another option would be to turn on "IP Logging" which won't prevent anonymous posting, but will allow your ISP or LJ to track down the anonymous poster .
