The good...I think I have some good news. Not quite at the sharing it with the world stage, but soon.

The bad: A good friend of mine just lost everything (house, pets, electronics, books, clothes, everything) in a house fire in NJ. If you have clothes to donate in sizes 10/12 or 4, or shoes in 8.5 or 9.5 and would be willing give them to me, I'd be ( Read more... )

I am actually in the process of cleaning out my wardrobe--mostly shirts/sweaters, but also some jeans (Gap size 4 ankle). I'm really short so the jeans probably aren't that useful, but the tops probably would be so I'll set them aside for you.

Yes definitely! I don't remember what my schedule is for next week, but I'm pretty sure I'm off Monday and maybe Thursday? I'll let you know Sunday.

I have shoes, mostly 8.5.

I also have a really nice coffee table that needs a home...and an extra alarm clock that also plays CDs.

I also have some extra blankets.
I can deliver in NJ, as I have a car and I live here.

also: my complex may fit their long-term needs.

i have a huge 1 bedroom, first floor, with dishwasher. cats ok (kind of a don't ask, don't tell policy, but they know i have them)...i think they allow dogs up to 30 lbs. bus to NYC is EASY walk and runs frequently. I have outdoor space and a porch (I grill...people garden)

and there's a pool!

rent for my floorplan is less than $1200/month, and i am in the biggest one bedroom they have.
