Hey gorgeous... As much as I'd like to say "WOO HOO!!!" to that, the matter still has to get past Schwartzenager, and his GOP supporters are pushing him to veto the bill, and if you look at the numbers that passed it, there isn't currently enough support to override a veto. There are a lot of VERY powerful people in the film industry that are gay, and I could see him being ostracized if he vetoes the bill.

Basically it will come down to what is more important to Schwarzenager, his political career or his film career. If he signs, his political career is over, if he vetos, his film career is over.

Isn't it BRILLIANT?? To think that such a monumental step comes about in a MARINE FISHERIES bill! :) Sometimes I love the legal process in the this country...I have a hard time thinking of anywhere else that would happen. :)
