hey everybody.......feeling pretty depressed today, couple of reasons......but maybe i'm just being stupid. Supposed to hang ith someone tonight, but I fear that they may be dating someone else, so that didn't happen....maybe it will.....i hope so. For some reason, I had tooth crack in half and fall out today, that kind of hurts like hell.....

even though ive had my own bouts with depression...im not even going to try and understand how you feel...but if you need to talk or vent out any frustrations, give me a call...i think of you as a brother, man...

If you don't believe me just read some of my post on my old journal. I find it best not to dwell on things to much and and find some sort of healthy distraction no matter how mundane it may be. An occasional chnge of setting or pace also helps too. In the end you are the only one who can stop being depressed so stop waiting for someone or something to cheer you up and go find it. At least you won't be bored.
