For Christmas, a friend who owns a comic store sent me a fat stack of comics he thought I would like. I'm less than half way through the stack, but I've already fallen in love with the miniseries of Shanna the She Devil. It's about a super-buff jungle warrior who protects a bunch of lost soldiers on a mysterious island. For fun, she punches out

Yes, the last stack of comics I picked up for myself back last year wrapped up another of the Shanna the She Devil series, and I have to say that like you, I'm enthralled by this character. Not as nice as the Jungle Girl series art-wise, but I do love the Shanna character.

So, when will you write the HEX scenario about her? And when can I playtest it? ;>

Yeah, I'm gonna have to check out that Jungle Girl thing-- you aren't the first to recommend that one.

And I must admit that after reading this I started thinking about a HEX scenario where the characters wake up in a deserted medical lab with super powers but absolutely no memory. It might be a good way to introduce certain types of players to the setting. Well, it's just a thought at this point.

Yeah, that HEX scenario leapt into my head as well, but I have too much other stuff on my plate right now to do anything with.

And yes, go read Jungle Girl immediately, after buying it of course! :)
