so, now that you have a permanent home, do you have an address? could i have it? i wanna send you a postcard :) on a separate note, i miss you tons, and you sound like you are having lots of adventures in italy. how's it going with the whole "i don't speak your language very well but can i please have a chai tea?" business?
Mail-wise, the system in Italy sucks ass and I don't even know which mailbox is ours. I'm not sure if we can get personal mail, anyway...I'll ask the roomies and email you once I know for sure.
As far as I know there is no chai tea in Italy. At least no lattes (and the lack of Starbucks is beginning to get to me...I miss my massive cups!). Language-wise, I can get by but would improve more if I actually spoke it more often.
Have been hanging out with an Australian here from Sydney. She's pretty freakin' awesome. How goes it in the land down under?
the land down under is AWESOME!! except they totally lied to us... claiming that there's this big "drought" down here in victoria. let me tell you, it's been raining all the time. very annoying (although i probably shouldn't be annoyed, as this is good for the environment and such). but there is sooooo much to do here, and there's always parties. i fear i am falling behind on my work though. i just have no motivation to do it! no one checks that i've done any reading (when there is reading... two of my classes have NO outside reading. no textbooks, no articles, nothing!). i have three papers and a test the week i get back from spring break (which is next week!! yay!) but i have no motivation to do them, since that's three weeks away. but i need to get started... i should probably stop procrastinating and get on that :) i miss you tons!
