I don't dislike turkey, but it is not something that is found readily here. It´s a very north american bird. I can get frozen turkey at costco, but we don't usually get one. Chicken is fresh, smaller and easier to cook. And cheaper probably.

Fried chicken is also a Christmas tradition in Japan, I heard, started by Kentucky Fried Chicken 😂

She is feeling better, thank you. Considering two kids had noro last year, we have it good 😆
