They are <3<3 I am enjoying some for breakfast.

I do like peanut butter cookies, although I don't make them as often. I'd love to hear your recipe :D

It's super easy. All you need is 1 egg, 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of sugar. Roll them like you normally do and make the fork marks . bale on 350 degrees about 9 minutes or until done.

I am now enjoying the chewy cowboy and peanut butter cookies since the Christmas cookies were eaten up the day they were made ;)

This is so easy and quick, and just enough cookies. I used to make it a lot when I was single <3
