Jared could not make it and that was definitely a let down because while I am a Dean Girl, seeing the boys together was something I was very much looking forward to. My air conditioning is broken, so I can not sit here and write about what was said right now, but here are my pictures. (That is what you really want anyway, right?) They are taken from the second row thanks to the seat saving and text messaging abilities of Roz and Elise.

Quick thoughts: Ben Edlund, like Kim Manners, is some sort of 70's artist god. I loved watching him react (with his black nail polish and Jack Sparrowesque look) and listening to his thoughtful responses. Kripke, of course, is just such a great guy and says such wonderful things about the fans and about the people he works with on Supernatural. He mentioned the awesomeness of Phil Sgriccia more than once and talked a lot about how excited he is for S3. Sera Gamble didn't say much once the Q & A started, but The Pilot is her favorite episode and she has (like many of you) been a fan from the beginning. Jensen Ackles made me cry when talking about playing Dean in the season finale and Kripke looked at me and laughed appreciatively when I clapped about S3 casting spoilers.
