2 like texture used and whole idea of the icon
2 It capturates the emotion really well. The texture fits very nicely with the icon.

2 The colouring of Dean's face is too harsh and the contrast causes the icon to look slightly oversharpened
2 too dark - it's hard to see person on the icon; it seems like his hand in an elbow is cut.
2 don't like that backgound of the icon dominates - person is lost on it.
