Illusion XX {Video/Offline}

 [The screen clicks on to show an empty part of the city. A nice and quiet snowy scene, there seems to be pretty much no reason for the PCD to turn on. Its owner is nowhere in sight.]

[Seemingly.]

[Crunch. Crunch. Crunch.]

[If you listen very carefully, you might hear light, running footsteps, and the occasional "paff!" of a snowball hitting something

[Fox is still patrolling the area looking for people to hit. She doesn't have a visible scarf on at all; she seems to be banking on being left alone as a non-combatant if someone else spots her first. But her movements are too fluid, too predatory to be innocent. She's sweeping her eyes around, looking for cover and searching for targets.]

[Congratulations. You had the fortune to run into a trained hitman. An invisible, trained hitman. You're prey to him, scarf or no. Have a snowball from a completely different trajectory from where Fran actually is.]

[Score a direct hit. Fox snarls, and quickly moves behind a snow-covered pile of debris. Which would be great if Fran was over where the snowball came from, but she's now got her back to him as she looks off where the snowball came from. She scoops up a bit of snow and starts packing a snowball of her own, still trying to find who to throw it at.]

[Oh, you just make it too easy for him. Have three snowballs tossed square at the back of your head, really harder than necessary. Quickly and invisibly, he moves from the place where he tossed them to right in front of Fox.]

[Jotaro is certainly not the type to 'just hear' things. If he hears something, he stops to investigate it, which in this case means pausing in his otherwise swift stride and looking around him with visible suspicion. As he does he raises a hand to touch the green scarf, as though just remembering it's there.]

[Ooh. Pausing. Bad idea. Have a few snowballs from absolutely nowhere.]

[Oh no snowballs! The first one hits and does the unforgivable i.e. knocks Jotaro's hat off. The next few are already deflected by a very irritable Star Platinum, which proceeds to hover protectively over Jotaro as he looks around. Specifically, he's looking for footprints. Snow is good for footprints. Do you leave footprints, you horrible cheat?]

[Okay, what the hell was that...thing. Have the footsteps stop for a second, because what the hell was that.]

[Catching the sounds, Bel kept quiet as he hid behind a tree, snow ball in hand and listening for further noises. Tied around his wrist is a yellow scarf (cause, you know, it's easy to hide beneath his jacket if he wants).]

[WELL, LOOK WHO THE WEASEL DRAGGED IN. He was waiting for this day. It is so on.]

[Staying invisible, Fran quickly throws snowballs from all directions, to render his location untraceable.]

[BRING IT, FROG.]

[A few wires that Bel had set up slices a couple of the snowballs, Bel taking off into a run to dodge the rest and try to find the source. Of course, he has a good idea of who it is now.]

[Fran's running along beside him, occasionally crossing over in front to throw a few, then rushing around to the back to do the same.]
