THis was gorgeous. I would totally be okay (thrilled) with the happening in canon, it's the perfect reclamation of her character. Because she's so much more than having to choose between two guys (Dan vs Chuck), although I think the main reason seeing her end up with Chuck would disappoint me is because she loses her true self when she's with him. I love that she got the time and space to find herself, to realise that it's how she sees herself that really matters. awesome writing
