that's less than i pay for a room in house share....my room is only 15x10. well, it does include all utilities, so it's actually a pretty good deal, but still. Hell, awhile back, i was looking into immigration to canada...and it seems like as a professional cook, i'm a skilled tradesperson...there's just a lot of loopholes I'd have to navigate my way through.

Don't count on every place having a price like this one. This is an *amazing* deal for these parts.

1 bedrooms usually run more like $900-$1300 before you get into the swanky ones. My new apt will be $900.
