i'm not ready for this. -
i have decided to attend UCSD for graduate school
this decision was pretty difficult, but eventually it had to be made. what vivian calls "bromance", i call "compatibility." i found a professor there that has seemed to take a great liking in me, and says my intellectual background and my future research interests indicate a "perfect fit" in his lab. not too bad, especially since i can run along ( Read more... ) -

i'm going to arrive around 8:30pm thursday night.
friday is booked until after dinner, then party?
saturday is a "tour" of LA.. don't know if i'll stay for the whole thing.
sunday i leave LAX at 11am.

sometimes i feel bad for being unmotivated or uninspired. -

but bryan showed me an article written by some kid at colorado, titled If It's War the Asians Want.... at first, i dismissed it as being satirical, but bad. bad satire comes off as racism and doesn't necessarily indicate that real racial boundaries exist, but just a bad execution ( Read more... )
