Ooh, great setup. I like the meeting over a completely random occurrence, and how it builds from there. I'm guessing Izumi is Jadeite? And Mamoru hasn't met him yet, but he knows Mamoru? This is intriguing.

oh, I didn't realize I left that note out. No, this takes place after In These Ruins We Find. Mamoru meets Izumi there.

But yes, Izumi is Jadeite and he frightens Mamoru. ^_^ But it's ok, they'll become friends eventually (ie: when Izumi learns to back off some and to lower the intensity level).
