Basically...gays making their fun and festive presence known at the Disney parks (typically wearing red shirts). It's not an officially sactioned Disney sponsored event...so there are no extra tickets to buy, just regular park admission. Over the near 20 years it's been happening in Florida it's expanded to cover circuit type parties and non-theme park based activities as well.
