This looks fantastic! I can't wait until it's warm enough here that I feel like making ice cream...I'll totally try this recipe. :)

poppycock! i eat ice cream all the time! especially when it's cold out. :-D have done so ever since i was a little kiddo.

i'm definitely going to be making more. suthrncan alerted me to this korean grocery store that has a 12 pack of mori-nu tofu for 9 bucks each. (!!!) that's at least 50 cents cheaper than wholefoods, and 1.00 cheaper than acme! so i picked up a firm and an extra firm. :-)

(with 24 boxes of tofu, you can bet i'm going to be making lots of ice cream.) they also had packets of powdered coconut cream. (score!) so experimentation is definitely in order. :-D yaay for ice cream!
