oh. the stick acts slightly more like shortening, and the tub acts more like margarine/butter.
this'll work just fine with all tub. (if you have access to spectrum shortening, sub 2 tbsp of that, but if you don't want to buy a whole tub of shortening just for these, they'll be perfectly fine without.)
I have a friend who's into using chocolate in a big way, and she has a tempering machine. It's about the size of a small-medium slow cooker and gets the chocolate to precisely the correct temperature, with settings for different kinds of chocolate. Rather impressive.
Those tagalongs look really good. I've never seen or eaten a tagalong before but anything with chocolate and peanut butter has got to be amazing.
Also, I like your plates. I don't have my own set, but today I inhereted the matching set of coffee mugs from my grandmother. I like them because they remind me of all the times we drank tea together :)
aww. :-) that's cute. i remember these blue glasses that my grandmother had, and every time i'd go to her house i'd pour some cherry kool-aid into a blue glass and settle down for family time. :-)
unfortunately, i think my mom and aunt gave the blue glasses to the thrift shop. :-(

I was going to ask you... what's the difference between stick and tub earth balance? I can only get tub up here.
