I'm lucky...I have no contradictory pairing. :) I'm glad you liked this and it made you cry!

Thank you! I don't remember exactly how I got the idea that Clark would fool himself it was Diana he was longing for, but once I got it in my head I couldn't get it out. :)

I have a huge soft spot for any Dick+Clark interaction, and the way he was just so boundlessly joyful at Clark's return here made me want to hug the man. His characterization was just right and true to the boy who used to be Robin.

I liked Dick in this story quite a lot. I have a sort of vague impression that this story, if it were to continue past the boundaries, would become a very angsty but eventually happy Clark/Dick, actually...

And I'm in love with the way you showed the "Wisdom of Athena" part of her personality.

Ross's image of Diana has burned into my brain...even when I see every other character around her as toonverse, she remains Rossian. It's...very weird. The embrace at the end of Kingdom Come, how happy she is for her two friends, has always summed up her personality for me. I like to write her that way.

This was seriously so beautiful. I have tears in my eyes. For real. All of the characters were so fantastic. I loved Clark's observations of Bruce.

I'm going to pretend that Bruce shows up at Clark's apartment later and confesses his undying love for him because otherwise I am going to cry all over my computer.

Awesome job!

That's fine with me! :) I would have done it if the story let me, even. I'm glad you liked it, and I do so love that icon of yours, no matter how many times I see it...

Aw! No happy threesome ending?

Seriously, though, that was good.

Glad you liked it, even without Hot Trinity Threesome. :) We must merely imagine it happens...

This was so sad! So sad! And so wonderfully done! You managed to capture that fine line where you can't help but be happy for Bruce and Diana--you don't wish them to break up--but it's all so bittersweet, and Superman's singularity has never been more evident. And you can't help but wish... And the ending, just loved the irony. Kudos on this. It was a great read.

Ah, thank you! I'm glad I managed that fine line to some extent. It was very difficult to write Bruce happy...without Clark. *sniffle*
