He has not . . . yet. Nona was on the show for half a season before Artie left. She was one of the ones who tried to bring him back.

He hasn't run into Dawn yet, but he has run into Tim, who's being represented by the actor who played Big Pete, and mistook him for Pete.

It was sad but sweet.
