Your bread looks SO soft! I miss my days of bread baking.

And you're right, winter is the PERFECT weather to bake!

It was, indeed. I have a feeling that the buttermilk had a lot to do with that. I also discovered an Interesting Phact of Physics™: The vapor pressure, at room temperature, of this bread is quite high, as an entire loaf evaporated during one meal (for two people).
