I'm kicking myself.. In a rage of fall baking shopping I bought what I thought was everything I needed to make like.. 3 different fall recipes. I'm super craving pumpkin whoopie pies, and I forgot to buy the pumpkin.

I know, I could just go to the store. but do you know what a PAIN that is?! I dont wannnnnaaaa! Maybe I'll wait till 11pm when no one's there and I'll go to the 24 hour place...

I just had a friend post a recipe (she's doing WW and it's 4 points). It's just a Devils cake mix and a can of pumpkin. That's it!!! It makes 12 huge muffins. Now I want to mix it up a bit. Wonder how it would be with white cake mix, pumpkin, clove, and cinnamon?!?!?! But why oh why would I make that when I could make more pumpkin rolls????? I'm looking forward to thick cream soups and stews!

It was a google success. :) I didn't have any ground clove, so I kept googling until I found one that would work. :) I want to make 50 for Thanksgiving!!! It's so tastey!

I need to read the recipe I have from kitchen aid... I thinnnk it may be a pilsbury recipe, but... yeah, it looks divine! If it's different, I will have to post the recipe!

Well, you could just make a frosting with powdered sugar, milk, and butter. But, man, I think the cream cheese really makes the cake!

That looks so awesome. I may have to make that tonight while the husband's away, to surprise him when he gets home.

After all, we just finished off the apple pie I made, and I can't go letting him get too skinny before winter! Its nearly hibernation time! :P

I'm glad that we aren't the only ones that beef up for hibernation! LOL Bring on the meat and potatoes!! Oh you guys are killing me with all of these other foods. I'm seeing apple pie (ooh, or maybe a cobbler) in my near future.

Wanna place bets on how long before I make another? This one will be gone by tomorrow (tonight if my belly allows for it). My sister brought the other one home. I think you need a practice run just so you don't have to wait until October 31st!!! :)
