Pork Chops with Bok Choy and Rice Noodles

Another easy one.. my boyfriend made this dish for us, and the flavors were great! I know a lot of people hate Martha, but I'm telling you - every recipe I've ever tried from her website has turned out great. She has some good food recipe writers, or something.. The previous chicken/cashew one I posted was from there, too.

You're very welcome! I imagine you could mix and match extra veggies with this as well. :) I was thinking that some bean sprouts would have added nice crunch..or perhaps water chesnuts.

yeah, that does look and sound good.....I'm a sucker for pork....grin...

but like your boyfriend, I tend to go for the easy meals......smilin.....
I generally cook through out the week, my wife doesnt get home til around six....I get in around 4:30.....so I try to help out with our evening meals....this evening I grilled some chicken and grilled a couple of onions also...with a baked sweet potato.....and we had some leftover field peas...so that was our dinner....
gonna have to try the pork and bokchoy....looks good.

thanks...

Me too, and for some reason we don't eat a lot of it. I think it's perhaps because it doesn't often go on sale here. Neither does the beef (not the stuff we really like anyway! I don't think sirloin tips have been on sale even once since February. What a bummer!)

You know, it's funny... he can follow a recipe, but whenever I ask if he can make dinner while I work on something else, he's unsure at first whether he can do it. But he can, and so far everything he's made has been edible and tasty! Although many times we do enjoy cooking together when we're both home. But that is very kind of you to do the cooking when you are home before your wife; I'm sure she does appreciate it! Your dinner sounds good, too, you should have posted pictures of it! :) We haven't had sweet potatoes in a while... yummm.

Wow, this looks really good. I have never even tried to use bok choy, but this may inspire me!
