YUM! I love broccoli and I love cheese. I've eaten this before, but never made it homemade. :) I should definitely try it!

Yum! I bet my daughter will love this! She loves broccoli :) and cheese! last time i made a cheese sauce though it tasted alot like flour but I think that is because i might have added too much of it :-/ and i didnt think of adding chicken broth to it either. thanks! :) i hope this comes out better than the last time i made a cheese sauce :)

Welcome :) the sauce is basically bechamel sauce with cheddar added. I think I read about it somewhere, making cheese sauce by adding cheddar to bechamel.
