Lately my inner ears have ached like fuck. Granted, I don’t have the most spectacular hearing. I'd get it looked at your hear is important

Hell yes see your doctor. What you describe is not normal and needs to be checked. Probably something minor -- an inner ear inflammation of some kind, easily fixed -- but get it checked. It sounds terribly painful.

Yep, see a doctor. Further hearing loss may be preventable, but once it's gone you can never get it back. It's pretty important, and you don't want to end up with some crazy tinitis that makes you go insane.

i'd say yes probably check with a doctor. but i don't know, i'm sensitive to loud noises and i havn't done too much to destroy my hearing; i don't listen to music too loud and i don't shoot guns a lot. but i'd go with check it just to be safe.
