PMX Recap (Lots Of Photos)

Nov 10, 2009 21:00

Wow. I'm not quite fully recovered from PMX. It was an exhausting experience. I managed to crank out all of my daily press reports and they are all up on The Scrap Heap, which is my own column and I sometimes refer to it as my J!-ENT staff blog. The three reports are my mandatory coverage and this means I have completed my press obligation for ( Read more... )

I'm pretty s ure that I've seen photos of Kynt and Vyxsin in GLB taking photos with SiSeN (who is part of the club scene in Japan... and models for Takuya Angel sometimes)... chances are K and V know Takuya.

Thanks for the photos! :D

One thing that I never got from The Amazing Race is what Kynt and Vyxsin did for a living. They were the crazy team. I guess they just get around.

There will be more photos later and you can have full size if you want. I'm glad you decided to stay for awhile even after a lot of people left already. It's always nice to hang out with you. I'm your biggest fan, but I think you know that already. hahaha

I was there for all three days and didn't get a chance to hang out with many people, but that's what I expected. Some people I only saw for a few seconds and I feel really bad about that.

although, I have yet to read through this entry, but based on some of the caption you have made with the fotos, I'm so glad that you are there to cover all these events! It is really intriguing and inspired me to attend all these events next year. Thank you for the awesome coverage!! You did an excellent work! Keep it up! =D

I work pretty hard and that's why this convention never gives me any problems and lets me do whatever I want. If I can show people that there's a lot of cool stuff at this convention, and that it's worth it to buy a badge, then I've done my job.

Cupcake Susan! XD She has the perfect face for doll-like/lolita cutesy stuff.
That's my favorite song from Luna Sea :D

Whenever I ask Susan to do loli poses, she says "I'm not loli." She can't say that anymore. This stuff seems to suit her well. You should try out for some of this fashion stuff too. Maybe not the loli stuff because I know you hate pink. Free badge, yo.

Have you seen "Kamisama Moo Sukoshi Dake"? That's how I heard this song for the first time. That was the best Japanese drama ever.

oh gosh I watched that at Susan's house hahahahaa
We were crying and sewing LOL. I was surprised at how many normally "unspeakable" subjects it touched on for a J-drama. Teenage prostitution, AIDS, school bullying, etc...

Free badges are always nice! Though that indeed is way too much pink for my entire lifetime. XD Susan fits it really well.

Crying and sewing. That's hilarious. I always tell people to keep a box of tissues nearby if they plan to watch that, especially the last episode. It's a great series, but so sad.

Anyway, there's more than just loli fashion. I know Cure put out an ad for models for the h.Naoto stuff. Who knows who they will bring next year?

There was a lot of stuff that people didn't know about because the schedule came out on the first day of the convention. I have to cover as much as I can because that's what I do. The Kogi truck wasn't even listed on the schedule because it was just parked in the back alley. The schedule only listed what was going on inside the hotel. You are also on the Kogi website. It's not a very clear picture, but there you are.

I think I found out about the Kogi truck from a PMX press release. I also got an invite from the PMX facebook specifically for the Kogi truck. Some friends wanted me to go with them, but I could not because of the time.
