Fanime Part II -- With Photos

May 30, 2009 10:50

I've recovered a bit and started working on photos. I shouldn't completely waste my vacaction and at the very least, I want to put a dent in the photo processing phase. I don't have any big events until the end of summer, so if i keep at it, I should be done before AX. Until it's all done, this probably all that I'll release.

When I saw your costume, I knew exactly where I wanted to take photos. I'm glad that both of you had the time to do all the walking that was involved with this photoshoot, since both of you are so busy during this convention. I like working with people who would do something like that.

KITTY~~~~ it looks so pretty.

I like hte one with Susan and Haku at the flagpoles. It really fits the characters and makes them look good at the same time

Thanks. I stumbled upon this place on Day 0 and thought that those costumes would fit well there. I don't know too much about Hetalia, but this location seemed to make a lot of sense regardless of whether it fit the series or not.

Thanks for playing with me as well. I wish I had a little more time to try a few different things with you, but it didn't work out and things like that happen. People are busy or weather doesn't cooperate. It's alright. Hopefully, that wasn't our last photoshoot--if you go into semi-retirement like you say you're going to do.

It was a random cat. It looked like it has been cared for so I don't know what it was doing there.

You picked such interesting spots as your background. I almost didn't recognize them as from area around Fanime. These came out really nice!

Thanks. One of reasons that I love Fanime is that there are a lot of interesting areas to use for photographs that are at the convention center or just a few blocks away. In LA, we only have one convention that is held at a really pretty location, but only about 1000 people show up to it. :(
