That hope wasn't going to come true.

Toph padded behind Seto quietly, grinning madly and waiting to see just how long it took him to realize she was there.

Seto was across the courtyard and nearly past the maze when he realised something was off and stopped dead.

"Whoever you are, tell me what the hell you want and then get out my face." Not the most subtle of introductions, but he had no patience to spare for fools and vapid idiots at the moment.

"Is that any way to address a Bei Fong?" Toph asked boldly, giving him a grin as she crossed her arms. "I knew it was you the second you strode arrogantly past me."

"Miss Bei-Fong," said Kaiba wearily, turning to face the younger girl and raising an eyebrow. "I might have known it was you."
