Notes: This is a genderbend AU where Wally was actually born a girl. Artemis finds out and doesn't bag on Wally for it the two actually became really good friends which enjoyed to no end. I love the idea of these two as friends both for their personalities that under most circumstances wouldn't work also because of their canon relationship the 'i hate you but i still care' thing is mostly the reason I wrote this fic. And yet somehow my stupid OTP (Dick/Wally managed to sneak it's way in regardless, I swear this was supposed to be a Artemis and Wally friendship thing!
