Well hi! I'm happy to see you pop up on the flist this fine morning! I've been wondering how you were and where you were.
10 whole weeks, huh? Stronnnng. I keep trying to take a rest from it all but keep coming back. *clings to the internet like a starfish* I can't even quit the card games.
*coughs* Well, I've sorta been reading the flist but you know *blushes* Boring RL things keep getting in the way and then I found myself sulking for a few days because someone walked 'a few blocks' in a HP fic and then I had to watch the whole of True Blood because of Eric and then it was November!
Walked a few blocks? lol... you mean because you don't call them blocks over there? Man, I'm trying to write a historical romance for Nano set right after WWI in New York and the sheer volume of things I've had to look up to see if they existed in this era are un-believe-able. Every five minutes I'm going 'wait! Did they have (phones, cabs, eyeliner, concentrated orange juice, Boston terriers) back then?
Oh, I know! They had Boston Terriers that wore eyeliner.....it matched the leads..And we have streets and go you for doing Nano! Have you a counter-thingie charting your progress? I seem to remember that your supposed to have one if you are doing Nano;)
Right now? Very sleepy because Bean decided to wake up at six this morning after not going to bed until eleven last night. I've a feeling today is going to be coffee-fuelled!
Heh, I think I could go 10 weeks without posting and no one would even notice! I doubt I could stay away that long, as often as I hit refresh during the day!
*bounce* So glad you're back, even if you have nothing to say!
You should watch it, I've watched it and paused it in places in an vain effort to gain clues.Oh and I've just watched Sarah Jayne and I'm stuck watching BBC1 in readiness for the extra, special Children in Need Doctor Who Xmas trailer sneaky peek. I predict: running!
