I have no idea how, but after taking Kia for her first walk in a very long time.... I must have tripped and then fell down. No idea how it happened but I'm still pretty sore today. It's like I was punished for getting a little fresh air

Oh Man! That SUCKS! At least nobody saw it, I can imagine that would be mortifying. hehe Now you definitely deserve fajitas!

How was the walk otherwise? Did you enjoy it?

It was a'ight. I hate walking around and having people stare at you as you walk by. There was only one kid out and a dude mowing his lawn. It wasn't too bad. Kia really seemed to enjoy it, so I figure I may do it again really soon. We both could stand to shed a few pounds. Hah! :)
