Angry Customer is a Priority customer

So it turns out that my X360 replacement is going to happen finally in (a promised time of _max_) 10 days. After enough shouting at, it even turns out I will get the replacement unit the same minute I hand over the currently broken unit. Is "Shut up", "You aren't fit to be in this job", etc.,. considered swear word? If yes, its easily > 0.3 :D
