It appears in the photos that there is some frustration, possibly with the performance in the mph area. Asimo seems to be clenching hands in frustration. What force is it capable of and how frustrated is asimo. Yes, you may not see this problem with a non handa product.

Dear Stranger, What were you smoking when you wrote that? :)

Of course, it does seem to be clenching its hands. But I would think that the hands being clenched would be its 'rest' state. Whenever it wants to open up its hands (ex: to open to hold a glass of water), it would have to do work and holding it would be lesser work than having to exert all the pressure to keep the glass held if its 'rest' state was to keep the fist open.

So damn neat. Gotta love Honda for this one. (But I liked the human more. I must be really weird.)

Do you remember a "chithra katha" robot series that appeared in Misha? I can't recall the details, other than that I liked the robot pictures..

I'm gonna date ASIMO some day. Would one be called 'bestial' if they were "interested" in ASIMO? ;)

My vocabulary is limited, but I'm sure there's a word for that and that is not "bestial."

Be careful, though.
