It's actually really neat, I think! Basically, you create a character journal for one of the IY characters (Inuyasha, Sesshomaru, Kagome, Sango, Miroku, Shippo, Naraku, Kikyou, Kagura, THE WORKS) and drop 'em in! The place is set up to be like the shrine AND a village, with the well allowing characters access back and forth. You can go

Yeah, it's more RP BS. I've just been feeling lately that it's not very fair that so much wank in the IY fandom seems to be what prevents there from being any IY RPers. Like, I seriously think that I'm the only person with an IY character in an actual game - and Inuyasha's one of the more popular fandoms for fanfiction writers! It totally trips me out.

So I went ahead and made the iydressingroom! Basically, you've got the gist of it; the setting is both Kagome's shrine and Kaede's home village, both of them only separated by the well - so all of the characters can go back and forth. "Evil spirits" will mix things up in the rooms at the shrine and the huts at the village, so entering them would cause weird-ass effects - some horrific, some fun and light and hilarious.

It's really similar to the mansion with the wonky rooms at the dndressingroom - which is a dressingroom for Death Note characters, and how I met Ellie and Kia and got so darned sucked into roleplay.

You should try it with IY! Pick a character, make him/her a journal, and drop 'em in! XD I'd kill

All you hafta do is make a journal for Inuyasha (with a snazzy sn, heh, like "furry_ears" or "hanyoucutie" - something) and then post something in the dressingroom, introducing him. Basically, you just go under that journal and pretend to be him.

I'm gonna go ahead and drop Naraku and Sesshomaru in and make it like they've both been there awhile - so they can explain the setup to Inuyasha when he starts flipping out and wondering what the hell is going on.

If you want, it may be a good idea for you to stalk the dndressingroom before you start up - it'll help you grasp the concept. You can look into my musebox, too, if that'll help.

I really hope this gets off the ground; IY needs to get over that business last summer and move on. It's too awesome and popular to die off like that!
